Is it accepted that the Word of God is eternal and unchangeable? (Lev-i Mahfuz)

the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
1 Peter 1:23.....23. Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the Word of God, which liveth and abideth forever.

Yunus 10:64*.....There is good news in this world and in the Hereafter. No change can there be in the words of Allah. This is the supreme triumph.
Kaf 50:29*.....My word cannot be changed...
Note: In Islamic history, there were two opposing views about this subject which Muslims had internal wars over. The Mu’tazelites said “No” to this questions, and the Ash’arites said “Yes”. Most Muslims today would say “yes.”
